The All New Giant Bulb Bag Knitting Kit

Following the return of lots of batches of our chunky yarn from the mill, we have had to make slight changes to the Toft Bulb Bag Knitting Kit.

No longer knitted on 15mm circluars, we have downgraded slightly to 12mm (do not fear this will not make your bag smaller). Experimentation has found that this gives the finished felted bag a sturdier structure and retains a stitch texture post-wash. In order to accomodate for the new super chunky yarn the kit now contains a whole kg of British alpaca yarn- and the kit is being priced at the base cost of the yarn....the button and pattern is free!

For those of you who purchased a steel grey bulb bag kit at the Ravelry Day- you may find that if you are a looser tensioned knitter you will need an extra skein- give us a shout! Due to a slight miscalculation in the spinning the yarn length/needle size ratio was a little out. For this we apologise and can only remind you that every Toft batch spun is a little different- and these dark batches of yarn weight far more than the light ones per metre of length...odd but true.
